As the FedNow Service grows in momentum, you might have wondered how the service came to be, and what should you be doing at your institution as you consider implementation.

To answer those questions, we sat down with payments expert and PCBB’s COO, Sheila Noll.

Sheila served on the FedNow Service’s task force, giving her an inside perspective on how the service was launched. In addition to over 30Ys of banking experience, she was also on the ICBA Operations & Payments Committee, the Clearing House RTP^® Advisory Committee, and the Faster Payments Council Advisory Board.
