We sat down with payments expert Sheila Noll to go behind the scenes on what it took to build the service and how your institution can get started. 

Sheila served on the FedNow Service’s task force, giving her an inside perspective on how the service was launched. In addition to over 30Ys of banking experience, she was also on the ICBA Operations & Payments Committee, the Clearing House RTP^® Advisory Committee, and the Faster Payments Council Advisory Board.
